Hi there,
ReplyDeleteIt's quite interesting to see this invoice as I worked at Loxhams, Cherry Tree Rd during 1971/72 when I was 15 and 16 years old. I worked in the parts department and remember all the new and older cars, Triumphs, Rovers and Jaguars. Very interesting times indeed!
It would be intersting if anyone had any photos of the place, nothing comes up on Google search. I remember a lot of people who worked there at the time but I can only remember the name of two people, one of which has run West Coast Transmissions in Blackpool for many years called Collin.
It was a very modern building at the time as it was fairly new.
Regards, John
