W J Coe Ltd held both the Standard and Triumph car franchises. I have them listed as dealers in 1959 to 1965.  Alan Cain tells me that: "This company existed at 15 Crown St., Ipswich from at least 1936 to 1965 selling Standard 1959 - 1964, Triumph 1960 - 65, Vauxhall 1936 and Opel 1937"

  1. Just a snippet about W J Coe Ltd.
When it closed in 1965 the then Service Manager Alfred Turner moved to Garneys and Hill Fuchsia lane where I was an apprentice. I wonder if anyone else remembers alf.
