Thanks for making this available. I was interested in finding a diagram of the front suspension, as I was looking at the origins of the front suspension upright that was used in so many road and racing cars through the 1960's. The MotorSport article on the upright (https://www.motorsportmagazine.com/archive/article/october-1999/67/the-alford-alder-upright) claimed 'It originated with the pre-war Standard Eight saloon, introduced in 1938' but the article above shows a different design.
